1. We've got the best house managers around. They're excellent leaders who have a lot of people looking up to them for answers, service and care. Our house managers are extremely good at what they do.
2. We keep our corporate overhead very low. We don't have layers and layers of people that don't directly assist seniors and their families. We don't have any vice presidents, directors, regional managers, etc. etc. This allows us to offer our excellent housing and care at an affordable cost.

Here's another way to look at it. For the average cost of a night's stay in a hotel, we're able to provide a beautiful place to live, 24 hour care and assistance, all meals and snacks, plus provide a beautiful place to stay. Now that's affordable.
